A brown rice diet is one of the easiest forms of body cleansing for many people because it gives essential nutrients, detoxifies the body in a gentle way (thus producing little or no detox side effects) and doesn’t call for fasting from food as a juice cleanse can.

When you detox with brown rice diet detox program, you only consume brown rice for three to seven days. You will not have the challenge of being hungry or developing jitters or dizziness.
