Have you seen those ads that promise to make thousands and millions of dollars over night, they are just hype. You have to do whatever it takes to get where you want to be. Believe me there are no shortcuts. Sorry if I burst your bubble, but I am not trying to sell you anything.

I know you might think its too much hassle, you don’t have the time for it what ever your doubts, excuses or fears might be, make sure you keep in mind that you are worth it and that in the end it will pay off. Go ahead your self esteem; pride and respect depend on it.

I see so many people out there who wish they were movie stars, millionaires, published authors, next Donald Trumps etc. and I think they have potential, most might already act the part. What ever your dream or goal is, I believe that it is attainable as long as you plan ahead and follow trough.

By taking and tracking one step at a time you will be able to keep your goal in mind and stay motivated. Think about it, each time you take a step you’ll be closer towards it. Want to go back to college but don’t have the money? Then you might want to consider one of these choices save money, learn and apply for student loans, scholarships, going to a cheaper school etc.

The bottom line is look at your life and your goals? Are you walking towards it? are you where you want to be? if the answer is no, then you need to sit down analyze and outline once you have your master plan follow trough it and when you complete your objective sit down, exhale and celebrate.

You can do it,

Microdermabrasion systems are safe for most all skin types. Microdermabrasion systems actually evolved from a process known as dermabrasion. Though effective, especially for serious dermis scarring, dermabrasion is harsh, requiring a metallic re-surfacing tool, anesthesia, and long recovery times. Microdermabrasion systems, however, gently smooth signs of aging, sun damage, and scarring with micro-crystal creams. The beauty of micro-crystal creams is how powerfully they polish the skin, but remains gentle and forgiving.

A special cleansing device circulates a cream, infused with tiny exfoliating crystals (aluminum oxide), directly onto the skin. These micro-crystals deep clean the skin’s outer-most layer of dead skin cells and other debris, while the re-surfacing wand massages the upper-most surface tissue, clears pores, and jumpstarts circulation. In turn, creating a fresh skin surface that diminishes the appearance of wrinkles, lines, spots, blemishes, uneven skin surfaces, and scarring caused by acne, childbirth, weight gain, aging, sun damage, or genetics.

The process is not painful but more like a deep cleansing tissue massage. The re-surfacing tool has various strength levels and is easy to control. Most licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, RNs, or doctors perform professional microdermabrasion services using a closed-loop vacuum system, to include a waste catching canister. Professional operators of microdermabrasion systems are required to be trained. Home systems are also available, and usually provide training manuals.

Microdermabrasion equipment is adjustable and easily tailored to your specific beauty needs. Most systems include the following basic components: hand-held resurfacing tool that applies exfoliating solutions, specially formulated creams infused with exfoliating micro-crystals (aluminum oxide), and various foam attachments designed for polishing all skin surfaces.

Most major cosmetic manufacturers sell microdermabrason equipment, many are conveniently available online. Simply conduct a search for “microdermabrasion systems.” Professional level microdermabrasion equipment is also available on the web, targeting salons, cosmetic surgeons, and entrepreneurs. The professional equipment is similar to many home systems in that they both use a buffing wand that applies micro-crystals. The primary differences between the two is that professional microdermabrasion equipment offers a re-surfacing device that simultaneously vacuums or sweeps the debris clear and increases tissue stimulation, while having more power and durability due to repeated use and varied clientele needs.

Microdermabrasion equipment ranges from inexpensive do-it-yourself lotion packages to medical and salon machines costing several thousands of dollars. This technology empowers you to experience serious skin improvements from home, at the salon, or in your dermatologist’s office without the inconvenience and risks involved with surgery, lasers, and chemicals.
Microdermabrasion provides detailed information on microdermabrasion, a progressive skin re-surfacing technique that targets wrinkles, lines, superficial scarring, stretch marks, acne, and sun damage. Microdermabrasion is the sister site of Acne Treatment Web.

While Americans have traditionally paid little attention to the prices posted at gas stations, regardless of the enormity of the signs, the recent rise in gasoline prices has prompted many to start reading them almost as intently as they check out the numbers printed on their paychecks.

Noticing that customers are paying more attention to prices, and even comparison shopping, gas station operators have begun to accord the signs increased importance. No longer do they tend their cash registers with blithe unconcern, when the fellow just across the street is selling regular for three cents less. Now, they watch the adjustments on each other’s signs with hawk-sharp eyes and run right out to match each other penny for penny.

But what about the station that’s not just across the street? Such a situation requires even greater consumer alertness, so price comparisons can be made even while not shopping for gasoline.

After all, three cents a gallon for twenty gallons comes out to be sixty cents. And with that kind of savings, Americans reason they have increased their buying power markedly, especially given the entirely reasonable prices of just about everything in contemporary America.

Nominated for 13 Emmys and 8 Golden Globes, The Jeffersons was a groundbreaking situation comedy that was not only utterly hilarious, but also explored the controversial social issues of its day. Premiering in mid-season 1975, the show was a spin-off of the #1 hit series All In The Family, where main characters George and Louise were the next-door neighbors of Archie and Edith Bunker. During its nine-season run, The Jeffersons spent all but its last season as a Top 25 Nielsen rated show. One of the first sitcoms to center exclusively around the lives of African-Americans, The Jeffersons most likely featured television’s first interracial married couple in Tom and Helen Willis. It was this fearless attempt to push the boundaries of the status quo that made the show one of the funniest of its time as well as a valuable resource for American race relations…

The Jeffersons follows the lives of George (Sherman Hemsley) and Louise Jefferson (Isabel Sanford), a middle-aged African-American couple who own a string of successful dry cleaning stores. The windfall generated by their business paves the way for George and Louise to “move on up” into an exclusive Park Avenue apartment. The series is made by Hemsley’s portrayal of the stubborn and greedy, yet quite lovable, character of George whose sarcasm and antics are only equaled by the Jeffersons’ quick witted live-in maid Florence (Marla Gibbs). A supporting cast composed of omni-present neighbors Tom (Franklin Cover) and Helen Willis (Roxie Roker), the ever-polite Bentley (Paul Benedict), and a tip-grubbing doorman named Ralph (Ned Wertimer) provide for endless sources of irritation and annoyance for George. Throw in George’s mother (Zara Cully) and her constant insults of Louise, and The Jeffersons becomes one of the best-written humorous shows of its time…

The Jeffersons (Season 3) DVD features a number of hilarious episodes including the season premiere “George and the President” in which George’s competition with his chief dry cleaning rival, Cunningham, really heats up. Cunningham launches a massive ad campaign to coincide with the nation’s bicentennial celebration, prompting George to dress up as Thomas Jefferson in order to lure in customers… Other notable episodes from Season 3 include “The Retirement Party” in which George is prepared to sell out Jefferson Cleaners to a big corporate conglomerate until he reads the fine print and learns that many of his best workers will be fired, and “Jefferson Airplane” in which Louise urges her workaholic husband to take up a hobby, but he worries her when he decides to take up flying…

Country music sensation Trace Adkins has released his latest CD entitled Songs About Me.

One song makes this CD well worth the listen, Honky Tonk Badonkadonk. Awesome baby!

Now, I’m not a huge country music fan, in fact it’s more like I just like to explore any and all genres of music and whatever I find that I like, I like. Regardless of genre. I stumbled across Honky Tonk Badonkadonk on somewhat of a lark and just had to check out the entire CD. Wow, am I ever glad I did.

The CD launches with the title track, Songs About Me on which the silky smooth voiced Adkins basically tells his life story. Which by the way is I think what makes him work so well with country music fans. He’s a guy who has lived the music he sings. That never hurts.

Anyway, Songs About Me is a collection of tracks that has just the right mix of everything as far as I’m concerned. Up tempo, down tempo, and songs that take you deep like track 2, Arlington. Reminding us that at the end of the day we’re all more alike than we are different.

These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is easy to listen to. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs. Not even one of them will make you anxious to get on to the next one.

Overall it’s an outstanding release. What I call, must have music. I give it two thumbs up. Even though Songs About Me is very decidedly country, this is an album any music fan can enjoy. I sure do.

The standout tunes are Songs About Me are [track 1], Arlington [track 2], and I Learned How To Love From You [track 10]. My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore […as in “Stuck On REpeat”] is track 11, Honky Tonk Badonkadonk. Lovin It!

Release Notes:

Trace Adkins originally released Songs About Me on March 22, 2005 on the Liberty record label.

CD track list follows:

1. Songs About Me
2. Arlington
3. Find Me A Preacher
4. My Way Back
5. I Wish It Was You
6. Bring It On
7. My Heaven
8. Baby I’m Home
9. Metropolis
10. I Learned How To Love From You
11. Honky Tonk Badonkadonk

I want to find Body Building Supplements that can help me to lose fat, increase energy, gain mass and strength, improve stamina and increase energy.

I want all natural products. I know they are out there. What I want is experienced body builder to make some recommendations.

That way I know that I will be getting advice from people that actually use the products not just the hype that comes in the advertisements.

I think in about a year or so I can get prepared for beginning to enter some competitions. That will give me some experience and move me towards winning some as well.

I have been training with weights for about 3 years now. I started just to get back into shape. I am really liking the definition I am developing but I think I may need to start using some Body Building Supplements.

The problem is I don’t know which ones to start with. I know you start out with some then move on to others and your body gets more ready for them.

Although you may find a few people who may disagree, the general consensus is that the Notorious BIG was the greatest hip hop artist who ever lived. What he brought to the game of hip hop was just more then a new style or delivery but an infectious voice and poetic imagery that had never been imagined in hip hop. In hip hop some rappers can freestyle while others were known for being able to go to the studio and create hits. The Notorious BIG was one of the only rappers in history, that was able to do both at an extremely high level.

To be number one not only do you have to be consistent but you have to bring something different to the table that no others have either done before or you have to do it better then it has ever been done. So what did the Notorious BIG bring to hip hop. The one thing the Notorious BIG was able to do that no other was capable of, was his ability to adapt. For the most part hip hop artists tend to find a producer (person who creates the music) who makes music that is specifically for them. This producer’s whole job is to make music that fits the artist’s style and compliments their voice. Although the Notorious BIG was known to have relied on P. Diddy for the bulk of his music he was one of the first hip hop artist to venture out of his comfort zone and allow other producers to give him music that realistically should not have fit his style. At this point in time in hip hop (much like it still is today) each region had its own style of music and rap delivery. As soon as a song started you would know the region, producer and artist before the first word was even delivered. The thing that the Notorious BIG was able to do was go to each of these regions and not only use the music but also adapt his delivery to match the artists of that particular region.

It didn’t matter if it was and R&B hip hop track or a rap hip hop track, the Notorious BIG was able to adapt and make the song a hit purely off of his input alone. If it was collaboration the other artists were forgotten as the Notorious BIG stole the show. His use of imagery and puns were unheard of at the time and truly changed the way other hip hop artist started to approach the game. The Notorious BIG isn’t regarded as the greatest hip hop artist who ever lived because of the money or the hit records he constantly made but for the impact he made on the entire hip hop industry. There may be artists, who come along after him and they may even have more success then he did but the impact he had on the hip hop industry will never be matched, much less surpassed.

Why do so many software systems fail? Corporate leaders often wonder what went wrong. Did they choose the wrong software? Should they have checked more references? Scheduled more demos?

Part of the process of introducing new software or new software use is “getting people on board” for the technology change. No one enjoys change and it is often feared. People are afraid that they will make mistakes, have a lack of understanding, have to do more work and quickly learn something new. People that are comfortable with their work habits know that change means putting forth more effort and energy, at least at the inception.

Leaders of the organization must take charge of the change. It’s easy to blame a failed system on “those people who refused to conform” or “bad software”. Ultimately though it is the responsibility of the manager to build a good user team and encourage proper use of the software. Without a team that is willing and taught to work together, any system is bound to fail.

System success is heavily reliant upon:

Communication of benefits and how the system will be used

Support from senior executives and managers illustrated by their own behavior

A fostered learning environment to introduce the software into the corporate culture

Provision of adequate training to all users

Engagement of users with information sharing and exchange of success stories about the software

Communication is vital. It is extremely important to communicate to users what the benefits and expectations of the new system are, and how people will be able to use it. This must be championed from the top of the organization. It is also crucial to involve prospective users in some of the software decisions and choices. Everyone can be involved at some level for how the system will be used within the organization.

Motivating the team starts with a demonstration of what the software is capable of. Sometimes this alone is enough to get everyone excited about using it and can produce all sorts of ideas for software success. The use of the software must be designed around the workflow of the users. This is the part where technology meets needs. It’s always a good idea to review the specific challenges facing the organization. It could be economy, competitors, new products and services, market expansion, etc. This must be intertwined with opinions from the users on how the new system can help accommodate the challenges. Everyone must profit in some respect from the change.

All organizations operate differently. Users cannot be expected to adapt to system changes that directly conflict with the corporate culture as a whole. Senior executives and management need to provide as much support as possible, illustrated by how they use the system. Managers must also support the learning curve and adjust performance expectations for a given period. Everything may not go well day 1 even with exceptional planning and the best of software. Managers and users must be attune to this and be flexible. Corporate cultures with many bad habits may have a more difficult time adjusting to a new system. As a team, everyone must be committed to working better.

Change is not convenient. People are bound to make errors, but this is part of learning and managers need to recognize and support this. There must be some allowance for abandoning old ways and adapting to new ways but there has to be a cut-off. It is natural for things to fall apart in some way during this period. This is the only way that things will be able unite in a new way. It is important to be clear that the organization is moving forward with the plan and everyone should be encouraged to participate. If certain individuals refuse to participate, some action must be taken.

Adequate training must be provided so that users are comfortable with how to use the tools available. Training should include how the various people within the organization will be working together. There should be a change management team that keeps a pulse on the situation with plans for appropriate intervention where appropriate. Original goals should constantly be referred to, and modifications should be made when necessary.

Ways to involve the users can be periodic management chat sessions that encourage the exchange of ideas (small groups are best); a centralized master bulletin where ideas are posted; senior managers wandering through the organization asking questions and soliciting opinions; a reward system for positive behaviors regarding the system; a reinforcement that staying as is would be more of a threat than moving forward with the changes.

Make sure to publicize success stories within the organization related to the system. Have users profess how they were able to simplify processes and procedures with the help of the software. Illustrate how new concepts are bringing the organization together for one common goal.

I’ll always remember my dad saying that he loved listening to birdsong early in the morning. The singing centered him in a way that I didn’t understand at the time.

Now I know why he felt so refreshed.

Birdsong is a high frequency sound - around 5,000 hertz. Any sound between 5,000 and 8,000 hertz has been found to recharge our brain’s batteries.

You know what else is amazing?

5,000 hertz is also the frequency that energizes plants. In fact plants showed a 700 percent increase in efficiency of absorbing nutrients when exposed to high frequency classical music. This frequency actually helps the little pores on the plant’s leaves called stomata to open up.

And who says nature doesn’t have a plan. That’s why you’ll find that in areas that don’t have a lot of birds singing, there’s not a lot of plant growth either.

Lots of birds equals lots of plants. Few birdsongs means not a whole lot of greenery. Now I know why we moved from Los Angeles to Asheville, North Carolina - we wanted birds and trees in our life.

Have you ever entered a room that has a weird or uncomfortable feeling about it? You might just be getting uncomfortable because of low frequency sound waves.

The lowest of those are called infrasound. They’re produced by machines such as vehicles, household equipment and heating and cooling systems. It’s been known for some time that these low frequency waves can cause symptoms such as nausea, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, vibration of internal organs and a feeling of oppression.

On the other hand, certain high frequency sounds literally energize your mind. Scientists have found that sounds from 5,000 to 8,000 hertz recharge your brain’s batteries.

If your CD collection includes music by Mozart, Baroque Music or even Tibetan Chants, keep listening. In numerous studies, these sounds have been found to charge the cortex of the brain and stimulate health and wellness.

At 120-125 hertz you begin to hear the kick drums and bass guitar common to rock music. These lower frequencies produce the opposite effect - they drain us.

Why is this?

Because they have wave-lengths longer than we are tall, which is why lower frequencies are FELT as well as heard. You can feel this low frequency full-body sensation at dance clubs and rock concerts. Or from listening to most FM radio stations.

Since we are mostly exposed to low frequency sounds in the media, I strongly suggest you balance your brain and body by listening to high frequency classical music at least once a day. It’s easy and effortless - and great for you.

Here’s to your sound health.
